Urgent Help Needed to Save Baby Maghizhini’s Heart
Maghizhini P has been diagnosed with Complete Atrioventricular Septal Defect (AVSD) with Tetralogy of Fallot and mild–moderate pericardial effusion. Doctors have advised AVSD repair with relief of RVOTO — an urgent corrective surgery that will give her a chance at a healthy childhood.
The family is facing extreme financial stress. Her father, Mr. Prathap, is a daily-wage worker and needs assistance to cover surgery, ICU stay and post-operative care.

Maghizhini’s condition requires specialized pediatric cardiac surgery. AVSD repair with RVOT relief is a complex operation that includes correction of septal defects and relief of right ventricular outflow obstruction. The earlier it is corrected, the better the long-term outcome.
Estimated cost includes surgery, ICU stay, surgeon and anaesthetist fees, consumables, investigations, medicines and post-op care. The family has already spent whatever they could; our community support is necessary now.
