Mayank has been diagnosed with Patent Ductus Arteriosus (Type D) and has been advised to undergo elective PDA device closure. The estimated cost of the procedure, including the procedure, ICU and hospital stay, post-operative investigations and medications, is ₹1,40,000.
Mayank’s father, Mr. Madhumohan, is a daily wage worker, and the family depends on their daily earnings for their basic needs. Due to their limited financial resources, they are unable to afford the cost of the surgery and related medical expenses.
