We humbly seek your generous support for Master Gowtham S, a 6-year-10-month-old boy (DOB: 19.07.2019), son of Mr. Suresh, residing in Thiruvallur.
Gowtham has been diagnosed with a complex congenital heart disease – Univentricular Heart (Double Inlet Left Ventricle – DILV). Since birth, he has been fighting a difficult battle for survival. He previously underwent Pulmonary Artery Banding and Atrial Septectomy in 2022, which helped stabilize his condition temporarily.
After a recent evaluation by pediatric cardiac specialists, doctors have advised him to undergo a Bilateral Bidirectional Glenn Surgery, a crucial stage in the treatment of his heart condition.
This surgery is essential to improve blood circulation, reduce complications, and provide him with a better quality of life.
The estimated cost of the surgery is ₹3,75,000 (Rupees Three Lakhs Seventy-Five Thousand Only), which includes:
- Cardiac Surgery
- ICU Care
- Hospital Stay
- Post-operative Investigations
- Medications and Follow-up Care
Unfortunately, Gowtham’s parents come from a poor financial background and are struggling to arrange the required funds. The family is unable to bear the cost of this life-saving procedure on their own.
